For shipments within Europe we offer DPD and TNT Shipment.

DPD for Economy Transport and air express TNT NBD for Europe Express

We also offer International Post which is covered by national Portuguese Post with collaboration of all their partners all over Europe (normally the national post of your country). Delivery time with this option varies from 3 to 5 days depending on location. This option can be used for Worldwide delivery with some limitations on size and weight. Please chose “Get price for this transport” if you don’t know if the part you need can be delivery to your country.

Due to IATA 1 April Changes that prohibits LiThium Battery as cargo on passenger Aircraft, when you order Batteries and choose Air Express Transport we will send by our economy transport.

International Orders

SparesWorld by At Informatica ships to customers around the world. For most locations, we use International Post and their partners around the world (normally the enational post of your country) , which usually delivers orders within 3-5 business days..

International Import Fees

International customers might be required to pay additional import fees, such as customs duty and local sales tax. These fees are imposed by your local government authorities, not SparesWorld by AT. SparesWorld By AT is not responsible for these fees and cannot refund them, even if you return your order. However, many countries refund all or part of import fees for returned imports. If you return your order, contact your local customs office to ask about import fee refunds.

You must pay import fees to receive your order. If you refuse to accept delivery in order to avoid import fees, the package will be returned to your local customs office, not to SparesWorld by AT. If the fees are not paid in a timely manner, the package will then be classified as abandoned and might be destroyed. SparesWorld By AT cannot issue refunds for abandoned or destroyed merchandise.
